·All data is securely stored using Firebase services. ·Data is separated by company to help protect privacy. ·Only members of your company can access your company's notes.
5. Data Deletion
·Company owners may remove workers from their company at any time. ·If a company account is permanently deleted, associated company data may also be permanently removed. ·Users may contact us to request deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
6. Payments
·New companies receive a free 3-day trial. ·Subscriptions are billed through our website, not through app stores.
7. Age Restrictions
·note Queue is intended for adult employees. Employees must be 18 years or older.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

WorkTrack Pro is intended solely for business use by companies and their authorized personnel. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
3. User Accounts
·Workers create individual accounts using their email address. ·Workers may only join a company after being invited by the company owner. ·Company owners are responsible for managing worker access. ·Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. ·Users must provide accurate and truthful information.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Free Trial and Subscriptions
·New companies receive a free 3-day trial. ·After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. ·Subscriptions are billed through our website and not through app stores. ·Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. ·Subscriptions may be canceled at any time and remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: ·Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its services. ·Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App. ·Gain unauthorized access to another company's workspace or data. ·Upload malicious software or harmful content. ·Use the App for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.Violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
6. Company Responsibilities
Company owners are responsible for: ·Inviting and removing workers. ·Managing company access. ·Ensuring information stored in the App complies with applicable laws.
7. Data and Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in Note Queue, including software, design, and content, are owned by Jose Rodriguez (MCJ Digital Solutions). Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Third-Party Assets
NoteFlow may include icons, animations, fonts, or other assets licensed from third-party providers, including but not limited to FlutterFlow and LottieFiles.All third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners and are used in accordance with their applicable licenses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCJ Digital Solutions shall not be liable for: ·Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. ·Loss of data or business interruption. ·Unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect their account credentials.Use of the App is at your own risk.
